Rausten

A theocracy ruled by the Pontifex, the Divine Emperor. Rausten was the homeland of the Church of St. Elysia, a religion popular all around the world. Rausten is the site of frequent pilgramages, and is the third-wealthiest city in the land, due to the fact that any invasion of this city would be considered heresy by believers.
